With 60+ years of experience and thousands of holiday homes across Europe, our Data & Analytics team is building a modern, scalable analytics environment on a cloud stack including Snowflake, dbt, Superset, Python, Snowplow, and Airbyte.
Your role
You'll help rebuild and modernize our web tracking framework on Snowplow — creating a clean,
scalable, and trustworthy foundation for digital analytics across the group. Your focus is tracking:
event taxonomy, schemas, standards, implementation quality, and data trust. It's an end-to-end role:
you'll both build the data foundation and use it to generate insights, connecting web, product,
campaign, and CRM data to understand acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
You'll collaborate closely with Data, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Rebuild and modernize web tracking on Snowplow (event taxonomy, schemas, standards,
- tracking plans)
- Improve quality, consistency, and reliability across Snowplow, GA4, and GTM
- Translate business and product questions into clear tracking requirements
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, customer journeys, and campaign performance
- Contribute to dashboards, reporting pipelines, and self-service BI
- Define and refine KPIs and metric definitions for cross-team consistency
- Use SQL and Python for deep-dives (funnel, segmentation, attribution, forecasting, A/B
- testing)
- Support tracking QA, consent requirements, and privacy-aware analytics
- Explore AI-assisted tools and automation to improve your work
